Solgar Choline/Inositol 250/250mg Capsules help to support normal fat metabolism, normal homocysteine metabolism and normal liver function.
- Choline: makes up the structural component of fat. It supports the process of metabolising nutrients such as carbohydrates, proteins and fats into energy. It is also required for transporting fat, both cholesterol and triglycerides, from the liver to the cells in the body and is responsible for keeping the liver clear from fat build-up.
- Inositol: also known as vitamin B8. It forms a component of every cell membrane in the body and functions in a similar way to choline.
Solgar Choline/Inositol 250/250mg Capsules are free from gluten, wheat, dairy, soya, sugar, sweeteners, salt, starch, yeast, preservatives and artificial flavours and colours.
How to Use
Take 1-3 capsules daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
