Ordering the medicines you need is simple with Well.
We'll take care of everything from sending your request to your GP to delivering your medicnes using our Click and Collect or home delivery services.
We'll also send you reminders so that you can order your prescription before you run out.

To keep you safe, your GP will check your prescription to make sure it can be approved.
Our pharmacists will prepare your prescription
Our pharmacists will prepare your prescription and make sure the right medicines are dispensed to you as soon as possible.

You can decide whether to have your prescription delivered directly to you or to your nearest Well Pharmacy.
Frequently asked questions
A repeat prescription gives you the option to reorder medicines when you need them. Unlike a one-off prescription, we will send your prescription request to your GP so that you don’t have to worry about calling them or visiting your local practice.
We will also contact you with regular reminders so that you don’t run out of your prescription items.
We can deliver to most postcodes in England, but you must be registered with a GP. Our Click and Collect service is also available if you would prefer to pick up your items in-store.
You’ll receive your order within 7 working days.
Once you have created an account online or with our app, you can start to order prescription items.
When you place your order, we’ll send your prescription request to your GP for approval. This should take no longer than 7 days. When your GP approves your prescription, our team of pharmacists will process your order, making sure that the medicines you want are dispensed.
You should receive your order within 4 days of our pharmacists checking it.
We’ll contact you 2 weeks before your order is expected to run out. When you’re ready, you can reorder and we’ll handle the rest.
You’ll receive your repeat prescription within 7 days of your order.
We’ll let your GP know that you have placed your order.
