How it works
Your request is sent to your GP for approval
To keep you safe, your GP will check your prescription to make sure it can be approved.
Our pharmacists will check your prescription
Our pharmacist will check your prescription so that the right medicines are dispensed, and ready for delivery or collection at one of our stores.
We’ll deliver your items or get them ready for collection.
You will order will be delivered for free to your door. Alternatively, you can pick up your prescription from a Well Pharmacy of your choice.

If you live in England and are registered with a GP, sign up to discover how simple ordering your repeat prescriptions can be.
A repeat prescription gives you the option to reorder medicines when you need them. Unlike a one-off prescription, we will send your prescription request to your GP so that you don’t have to worry about calling them or visiting your local practice.
We will also contact you with regular reminders so that you don’t run out of your prescription items.
We can deliver to most postcodes in England, but you must be registered with a GP. Our Click and Collect service is also available if you would prefer to pick up your items in-store.
You’ll receive your order within 7 working days.
Once you have created an account online or with our app, you can start to order prescription items.
When you place your order, we’ll send your prescription request to your GP for approval. This should take no longer than days. When your GP approves your prescription, our team of pharmacists will process your order, making that the medicines you want are dispensed.
You should receive your order within 4 days of our pharmacists checking it.
We’ll contact you 2 weeks before your order is expected to run out. When you’re ready, you can reorder, and we’ll handle the rest.
You’ll receive your repeat prescription within 7 days of your order.
We’ll let your GP know that you have placed your order.
