A repeat prescription gives you the option to reorder medicines when you need them. Unlike a one-off prescription, we will send your prescription request to your GP so that you don’t have to worry about calling them or visiting your local practice.

We will also contact you with regular reminders so that you don’t run out of your prescription items.

We can deliver to most postcodes in England, but you must be registered with a GP. Our Click and Collect service is also available if you would prefer to pick up your items in-store.

You’ll receive your order within 7 working days.

Once you have created an account online or with our app, you can start to order prescription items.

When you place your order, we’ll send your prescription request to your GP for approval. This should take no longer than 7 days. When your GP approves your prescription, our team of pharmacists will process your order, making sure that the medicines you want are dispensed.

You should receive your order within 4 days of our pharmacists checking it.

We’ll contact you 2 weeks before your order is expected to run out. When you’re ready, you can reorder and we’ll handle the rest.

You’ll receive your repeat prescription within 7 days of your order.

We’ll let your GP know that you have placed your order.

All of our prescription medicines are delivered for free.

If you would prefer to collect your prescription in-store, we can notify you by text when it is ready to pick up.
