How we're updating our subscription service

A smiling man.

What’s changing?

From 16th March, Well Pharmacy’s Online Doctor service will move to well.co.uk and be renamed Online clinic. The service will now be led by qualified pharmacists instead of doctors.

You’ll still be able to order prescription medicines online (subject to approval) and have them delivered to your door.

Why is the service becoming pharmacist-led?

This allows our pharmacists to provide faster, more direct support for common health conditions, including prescribed treatments and expert advice. You’ll still be able to get treatments for erectile dysfunction, hair loss and period delay online so long as they’re safe for you.

Is the service still safe?

Yes. Your health remains our top priority. All consultations and prescriptions will be handled by our Online Clinic team and will follow strict clinical guidelines.

What will happen to my subscription?

Due to the service change, existing Online Doctor subscriptions will end on 16th March.

If you’d like to continue treatment, you’ll need to complete a consultation form on well.co.uk. A pharmacist will review your responses and approve your prescription if your medication is still safe for you. Then, you’ll be able to place an order and have it delivered to your door.

If we don’t hear from you, your prescription will stop automatically.

Will I be charged if I don’t respond?

No. If you don’t opt in to continue, your subscription prescription simply ends. No further charges or prescriptions will be issued.

I don’t have a subscription. Do I need to do anything?

No, you won’t need to do anything. You’ll be able to access Online Clinic on well.co.uk as usual from 16th March.
