Solgar Advanced Acidophilus Vegetable Capsules are a probiotic supplement containing 500 million specially cultured strains of the well-known and extensively researched L. acidophilus (LA-5®), which is found naturally in the intestines. This source of beneficial microorganisms helps to support digestive help and maintain healthy gut flora.
These vegetarian capsules are free from dairy, gluten, wheat, yeast, soya, preservatives and artificial colours, flavours and sweeteners. They do not need be refrigerated, making Solgar Advanced Acidophilus Vegetarian Capsules a safe and convenient way to increase the level of friendly bacteria in your gut.
As with all of Solgar's Advanced products containing live cultures, these capsules utilise a polysaccharide matrix technology which protects the live bacteria from being destroyed by stomach acid, before it reaches the gut.
All of the strains have been granted Qualified Presumption of Safety (QPS) by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA).
How to Use
Take 1-2 capsules daily, preferably at mealtime.
