Seven Seas Omega-3 Capsules are a one-a-day supplement for adults and children from 12 years, containing 300mg Omega-3 to help maintain the health of your heart, brain and eyes. They also contains the UK government recommended 10μg of Vitamin D to help support the health of your bones and immune system.
Seven Seas Omega-3 Capsules are a one-a-day supplement suitable for adults and children aged 12+.
Omega-3 contains EPA and DHA which contribute to the normal function of the heart. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid). DHA also contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of DHA.
How to Use
Take one Omega-3 Fish Oil capsule a day with a glass of cold water.

Fish Oil, Capsule Shell (Beef Gelatine, Humectant: Glycerol), DL-Alpha-Tocopherol Acetate (Vitamin E), Medium Chain Triglycerides, Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D).
