In Scotland you will complete your Foundation Training year in either a 12 month single sector placement or 6 months split multisector placement.
You will have access to Turas Training Portfolio with a structured and supported curriculum. NES will provide virtual discussion groups however Well will give you access to a variety of learning materials and resources to support your development during you time with us.
Completing your Foundation Training with Well, we will cover your GPhC and RPS fees and provide you with a Designated Supervisor who will support you with building your skills and knowledge to become a Responsible Pharmacist.
You will also be invited to our Annual Preparation for Practice conference where you will meet senior leaders and further develop your clinical and leadership skills needed for a Newly Qualified Pharmacist role.
