Glutafin Select Gluten Free Multipurpose Fibre Mix is a good source of both calcium and folic acid. It also contains a sachet of yeast to help you make freshly baked fibre loaves.
Ingredients
Gluten free Wheat starch, rice starch, skimmed milk powder, sugar beet fibre, sugar, dried glucose syrup, thickeners: powdered cellulose, guar gum, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose; calcium citrate, raising agents: glucono-delta-lactone, sodium bicarbonate; maize starch, folic acid.
Pack contains a sachet (10g) of dried yeast.
