Foundayo (Orforglipron) is a prescription-only weight loss tablet that can help adults lose excess body weight by reducing appetite and helping you feel fuller for longer. Foundayo is taken as a convenient once-daily tablet, with no needles, no refrigeration and no strict fasting requirements.
Because it remains stable in stomach acid, Foundayo can be taken at any time of day, giving you greater flexibility around food and drink.

Ingredients
- Active Ingredient: Orforglipron 17.2mg
- Other Ingredients: Tablet core: microcrystalline cellulose, crospovidone, copovidone, sodium carbonate anhydrous,
magnesium stearate. Tablet film-coating: poly (vinyl alcohol), titanium dioxide, macrogol, talc, iron oxide red (E172), iron oxide black (E172)
Possible Side Effects
Like all medicines, Foundayo can cause side effects, although not everybody experiences them. The most common side effects are usually mild to moderate and may include:
- Nausea
- Diarrhoea
- Vomiting
- Constipation
- Stomach discomfort
These side effects often improve as your body adjusts to treatment. Your Well Pharmacist will discuss the benefits and potential risks of treatment with you before prescribing.
