Cl-ear Express Ear Spray is designed to gently soften and break down stubborn earwax. It’s a fast-acting, non-oil spray, which makes it easier to apply than traditional drops. Suitable for adults and children aged 3 years and above (but a medical diagnosis is recommended before use in children). Regular use can also help prevent wax build-up, potentially reducing the need for ear syringing.

Key Ingredients & Function

Hydrogen Peroxide (3%) — This is the active ingredient. It releases oxygen when in contact with the wax, helping to fragment and loosen hardened earwax for easier removal.

Phosphate Buffers — These maintain a slightly acidic pH that matches the ear’s natural environment, making the spray gentle and effective.

The formula is oil-free, so it doesn’t leave a greasy residue.
