Mital joined the Well family in 2014 as a pre-registration pharmacist, before qualifying and becoming a pharmacist in one of our stores. From there, he’s been a Jack of all Trades stepping into various roles from his very first - a Pharmacy Manager - to leading change in our business, right the way through to driving our Digital proposition. In 2023 he completed his Level 7 Senior Leaders Degree with MBA and recommends the MBA to anyone who asks him!
As of December 2025, Mital has settled into his role as Head of Private Services where he focuses on the successful execution and delivery of Well's Private Service offering, both in-store and online. His efforts don't come without reward either, as he was the winner of the Outstanding Contribution of the Year Award at Bestway Healthcare's Annual Awards in 2025.
In his spare time, Mital likes to read (his brimming bookcase is a staple background on Teams calls, and his personal favourite is “The Ride of a Lifetime” by Robert Igor), he enjoys spending time with his family, and show his support for his beloved, Manchester United.
