Laura first joined Well in 2013 as a Pharmacist Manager and spent an initial five years with the business. During this time, she also held the role of Professional Learning and Development Manager, helping to support and develop pharmacy teams across the organisation.
She then returned to Well in July 2025, and is now part of our Digital team as a Digital Services Pharmacist. With an MPharm degree and Independent Prescriber qualification, she brings 15 years of pharmacy experience to the role, alongside specialist expertise in weight management. She’s worked in the weight management field for around four years and has spent the last eight years working within the digital healthcare sector.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys singing with a local choir and is currently taking on the Couch to 5K challenge, inspired by many of the patients they support. As a proud mum to two young boys, she enjoys balancing family life with her passion for helping people improve their health and wellbeing.
