About
Alisha’s pharmacy journey started at the age of 16 behind a beauty counter, inspired by a family background in pharmacy. After taking on a number of roles – from Counter Assistant to Delivery Driver - Alisha earned her MPharm degree and joined Well in 2016 to complete her Pharmacy Foundation Training Year.
Now Alisha works as Patient Safety & Experience Pharmacist - an ode to her passion for patient safety, professional standards and the improvement of patient experiences.
Outside of work, Alisha enjoys walking her dog and baking (particularly sourdough and cinnamon rolls).
