Supporting our colleagues is so important to us at Well. Our Employee Assistance Programme is available 24/7 for all colleagues and their families. Our Wellbeing Hub contains advice, information and guidance on across a number of areas from mental health through to financial wellbeing.

Colleagues in Well are involved, listened to and invited to contribute their experience, expertise and ideas in matters affecting them at Well. We ask for colleague feedback in various different ways, outside of the usual annual engagement survey, which of course we check, share the results and ensure we are focussing on the things that matter most.
