What our Pharmacist / Pharmacist Manager jobs entail

On a daily basis, as a Pharmacist or Pharmacist Manager at Well you will use your expert knowledge of health and medicines to have a positive impact on the lives of people across the different communities we serve.

As well as helping customers with existing health conditions by overseeing everything that happens in the dispensary, you’ll also deliver clinical services, such as vaccinations, and actively encourage healthier lifestyles and better mental and physical wellbeing through the provision of specialist advice and support.

What we look for

If you’d like to join Well as a Pharmacist or Pharmacist Manager, you will need a current GPhC registration and an active commitment to your continuing professional development. You’ll also need to be a people person with the kind of interpersonal skills that enable you to provide expert advice to customers, and to build strong working relationships with colleagues and fellow healthcare professionals.

Does Well recruit non-UK Pharmacists?

Yes. We recruit European Qualified Pharmacists to work at our friendly pharmacies across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. To help you make the move to the UK, we offer comprehensive support that can include covering the cost of your visa and sponsorship, organising and paying for your accommodation for your first four weeks, a financial assistance package of up to £8,000 and paying your UK registration fees.
