Galpharm Max Strength Cold & Flu Lemon Sachets (10-pack) are powder sachets designed to be dissolved in hot water to make a warm lemon drink. They provide relief from multiple symptoms associated with colds and flu — such as headache, body-aches, feverishness, sore throat and nasal congestion. Each sachet contains a high dose of painkiller and a decongestant to provide more comprehensive relief than simple paracetamol alone.
Active Ingredients & Typical Composition
Each 5 g sachet contains:
Paracetamol: 1000 mg (1 g) — to reduce pain and fever.
Phenylephrine hydrochloride: 12.2 mg — a nasal decongestant to help relieve blocked nose.
Other ingredients include sucrose (sugar), aspartame (E951) & acesulfame K (E950) (sweeteners), citric acid, sodium citrate, natural lemon flavour, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), and quinoline yellow (E104) for colour.
Sodium content: Approximately 118 mg sodium per sachet in one variant.
Usage Instructions
Adults (and children aged 12 years or over, in many markets) — Take one sachet dissolved in a mug of hot (but not boiling) water (about 250 ml), stir until dissolved, then drink once cool enough.

Repeat every 4 to 6 hours as required, up to 4 doses in 24 hours.
Do not exceed the stated dose. Do not use for more than 3 days unless advised by a doctor.
Store below 25 °C, keep out of reach of children.
