As an Independent Prescribing Pharmacist (Mpharm IP), Emma joined Well in 2021 during the pandemic. She started out as Branch Pharmacist, before becoming the Pharmacist Manager in one of our Glasgow branches. From there, she moved through various roles, including Area Manager, and Clinical Operations Lead for Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Since June 2026, Emma has worked as Regional Project Manager in our Private Services team, where she helps shape the services we offer and ensure that these are effectively implemented at a field and store level. Her specialist areas are common clinical conditions such as ear, nose and throat infections, as well as menopause management.
Outside of work, you'll find Emma in a coffee shop, playing guitar or working out at the gym - but never all at once!
