As part of our adherence to the Freedom of Information Act, we are required to tell you about how we publish information under the Act.

Guide to Information Available Through the Model Information Scheme

England, Wales and Northern Ireland

Anyone can make a request for information under the Freedom of information Act 2000 about public services. When we receive a request in writing we will:

• tell you whether we hold any information that falls within the scope of your request; and
• provide that information, normally within 20 working days.

We may charge you for any costs incurred.
