Guide to Information Available Through the Model Information Scheme

England, Wales and Northern Ireland

Anyone can make a request for information under the Freedom of information Act 2000 about public services. When we receive a request in writing we will:

• tell you whether we hold any information that falls within the scope of your request; and
• provide that information, normally within 20 working days.

We may charge you for any costs incurred.
