Description

Vitaros is a cream used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) without tablets. Applied to the tip of the penis, it starts working within 5–30 minutes and lasts for up to 2 hours. In studies, 52% of men reported improved erections.

How It Works

Vitaros contains alprostadil, which increases natural chemicals that widen blood vessels in the penis. This improves blood flow and helps achieve a firmer erection when sexually aroused.
It does not treat underlying causes of ED or increase sexual desire.

How to Use

  • Works in 5–30 minutes with sexual arousal.
  • Wash and dry your hands.
  • Hold the penis upright and gently widen the opening.
  • Position the applicator tip over the urethral opening without inserting it.
  • Press the plunger to release all the cream.
  • Use a clean finger to gently push any excess into the opening.
  • Do not use with other ED treatments.
  • Do not use more than three times a week.
  • Urinate before application, as passing urine afterward can reduce effectiveness.
  • Like any alprostadil cream, store Vitaros in a fridge but don’t freeze it. The cream will be effective at room temperature for up to 3 days but may stop working after that.
