Our Omega-3 & Turmeric contains 300 mg Omega-3 combined with 10 μg Vitamin D plus a 4000 mg Turmeric tablet. Omega 3 helps maintain the health of your heart, brain, eyes.
How to Use
Take one Turmeric tablet (yellow blister pack) plus one Omega-3 Fish Oil capsule (red blister pack) a day with a glass of cold water.
Each blister pack features a helpful ‘days of the week’ guide to assist you in remembering to take your supplements according to the dosage. If you miss a day, don’t exceed the recommended dosage and move onto the next relevant day. You can start on any day of the week and then use any remaining tablets at the end of the guide.
