How do I delete my Well Repeat NHS Prescriptions account?

Well Repeat NHS Prescriptions is a web and app-based prescription service offered by Well Pharmacy. Deleting your Well Repeat NHS Prescriptions account will not result in the deletion of your Well Pharmacy account, which can be accessed on well.co.uk.

Before deleting your account, please consider the following:
  • You will lose access to your complete online prescription order history.
  • It can take up to 2 weeks for us to process your request to delete your account once it has been made.
  • If we are processing a prescription order for you, your account can only be deleted once it has been completed or resolved.
  • Due to the terms of our retention policy, we keep copies of your dispensing records.

To delete your account, you must contact our customer services team. You cannot delete your account using web or app versions of Well Repeat NHS Prescriptions.
