Description
Migraleve Complete Tablets 24s provide relief from migraine symptoms, including headache, nausea, and vomiting. The pack includes both pink tablets, which contain paracetamol, codeine, and buclizine to relieve pain and nausea, and yellow tablets with paracetamol and codeine for continued pain relief. The pink tablets are taken first, followed by yellow tablets if needed.
How to Use
At First Sign of Migraine:
Adults and Children Over 12 Years: Take 2 pink tablets at the first sign of a migraine.
If Migraine Persists:
Take 2 yellow tablets 4 hours after the pink tablets if needed.
Continue with 2 yellow tablets every 4 hours as required, but do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours.
Do Not Exceed: Follow the dosage instructions carefully. Do not take for more than 3 days without medical advice.
Children Under 12: Not suitable.
Warnings
- Do not take less than four hours after taking other painkillers.
- Always start with Migraleve Pink tablets.
- Swallow tablets with a glass of water.
- Do not take more than the stated dose above.
This medicine should not be taken for more than 3 days. If the pain does not improve after 3 days, talk to your doctor for advice.
This medicine contains codeine which can cause addiction if you take it continuously for more than three days. If you take this medicine for headaches for more than three days it can make them worse.
Ingredients
Migraleve Pink Tablet:
- Active Ingredients: Paracetamol DC 96% 520mg (equivalent to Paracetamol 500mg), Codeine Phosphate 8mg and Buclizine Hydrochloride 6.25 mg.
- Other Ingredients: Magnesium Stearate, Colloidal Anhydrous Silica, Stearic Acid, Pregelatinised Maize Starch, Gelatin, Hypromellose, Macrogol, E127 (Erythrosine), Aluminium Oxide and E171 (Titanium Dioxide).
Migraleve Yellow Tablet:
- Active Ingredients: Paracetamol DC 96% 520mg (equivalent to Paracetamol 500mg) and Codeine Phosphate 8mg.
- Other Ingredients: Magnesium Stearate, Colloidal Anhydrous Silica, Stearic Acid, Pregelatinised Maize Starch, Gelatin, Hypromellose, Macrogol, E104 (Quinoline Yellow, Aluminium Oxide, E171 (Titanium Dioxide) and E172 (Iron Oxide Yellow).
