Description
A gluten free, wheat free flour substitute suitable for those following a gluten free and Codex Wheat Starch free diet. It can be used in the same way that you would use normal flour, e.g. baking bread in your oven or bread machine, biscuits, pastry, fruit cakes etc. It also contains a sachet of yeast to help you make freshly baked fibre loaves and is a good source of both calcium and folic acid.
Ingredients
Maize starch, potato starch, sorghum flour, dextrose, thickeners: (powdered cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), maize flour, vegetable fibre, pea protein, sugar beet fibre, teff flour, calcium citrate, rice bran, folic acid. Pack contains a sachet (10g) of dried yeast.
