How to Use
Adults and children 12+: Take 1 capsule twice daily, with food.
Children 5-11 years: Give 1 capsule daily, with food.
Pregnancy: Bio-Kult Pro-Cyan contains vitamin A, please consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant or planning a pregnancy.

2 billion live microorganisms CFU per 2 capsules (2 x 109 CFU) viable throughout the shelf life equivalent to 2.5 billion microorganisms per gram (>2.5 x 109 CFU).
