You will be required to answer a few short questions to ensure this medicine is suitable for you.
How to Use
BENYLIN® Day & Night Tablets Dosage: Adults, the elderly and children 12 years and over. Contains Paracetamol - do not use more than one product containing paracetamol at the same time.
Day: 1 white tablet every 4 – 6 hours, up to 3 times a day (one tablet in the morning, at mid-day and in the afternoon).
Night: 1 blue tablet to be taken at night.
Do not take more than 3 white tablets a day. Take only 1 tablet at a time and only at the times of day described above. Do not take the night time tablets during the day
Not suitable for children under 12 years
If your symptoms persist or worsen, you must see a doctor or pharmacist
Warnings
- Do not take with any other paracetamol containing product.
- Do not drink large quantities of alcohol while taking this medicine.
Do not take if:
- You are allergic to paracetamol, caffeine, phenylephrine or any of the other ingredients.
- You have a serious heart condition.
- You have a high blood pressure (hypertension) or an overactive thyroid.
- You are taking, or have taken in the last two weeks, a medicine called an Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors (MAOI), usually to treat depression.
- You are under 12 years of age.
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Do not take more medicine than the label tells you to. If you do not get better, talk to your doctor. Night-time tablets only: may make you feel sleepy. If this happens do not drive or use tools or machines. Do not drink alcohol.
