Our mission

We've made it our mission to take the hassle out of prescriptions

We're changing how we work so that we can give you more choice in how you get your medicines.

Whether you're under the weather or on long-term medicines, managing and collecting your prescriptions can add unnecessary extra stress. In the UK, the pharmacy model hasn't really moved on in the last 70 years, and we're working to change that.

We're developing a new model in our pharmacies which focuses on the things that matter most to our patients and customers. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines.

Even with improved collection services, we know that our customers have busy lives, and not everyone can fit a trip to the pharmacy into their day. Our prescription delivery service saves you having to find the time – simply request your prescription online and we'll deliver your medicine to your door.

Our values

Being human means we care about the communities we serve. We understand and empathise with the challenges our patients face.

It's not enough just to care about the communities we serve, we have to be effective in everything we do if we want to improve people's health and wellbeing.

We have experienced pharmacists at every level of our organisation. They ensure that customers and patients are at the heart of everything we do. But being expert means more than having great pharmacists. It's about our collective expertise to deliver the very best products and experiences to customers. From logistics in our warehouse, our buying teams, the innovation leads across the business to our data scientists finance teams – we recruit and train experts to help us achieve our mission.
