Tena Plus Pants are worn just like regular underwear and don’t need to be fastened or secured in place. Simply step into the pants and pull them up. When it’s time to change to a fresh pair of pants, you can either step out of the used pants or tear down one or both of the side seams to make these pants easier to remove. Dispose of these pants with regular household waste or in a sanitary bin, do not attempt to flush these pants down the toilet.
