This is a flavoured version of creatine monohydrate powder designed to support high-intensity, short-burst exercise. Each serving (~5.1 g) provides about 3 g of creatine to help increase physical performance during repeated bouts of high-intensity activity. It features the classic Vimto® flavour and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
