You can use our service to order NHS prescriptions online as long as you're registered with a GP in England. The service can be used for both one-off prescriptions and NHS repeat prescriptions.
If you choose our Click and Collect service, your order will be ready to pick up no more than two days after you've checked out.
If you're opting for our delivery service, it can take up to seven working days for your order to arrive. Once your GP has approved the prescriptions online, we'll send your order via Royal Mail, which normally takes between two and four days to arrive at your chosen address.
You'll need to provide us with the following information to use our NHS prescriptions service:
- Your name and your date of birth
- Your contact details
