The WellO2 breathing trainer has an adjustable breathing resistance, allowing both beginners and experienced breathing trainers to benefit from the training. Based on your preferences and needs, you can also choose the temperature of the warm steam from three temperature options.
The WellO2 breathing trainer can be used for training both through the mouth and through the nose. When training through the mouth, the warm steam is directed precisely to the throat area, while using the nasal mask, it also moisturizes the nasal mucosa, clears a stuffy nose, and strengthens small muscles in the nose and nasopharynx.
