When you pay for your prescription, or confirm your payment exemption in the app, you’ll see a screen showing delivery options. Select Click and Collect, and choose which pharmacy you’d like to collect your order from.
Manage your prescription your way
Ordering your prescription should be simple. With our app, you can choose to have your prescription delivered to your local Well with our Click and Collect service. It a few short steps you can search for, order and pick up the medicines you need.
We'll deliver to your nearest Well
Once you've completed checkout, we'll send your prescription to the pharmacy you selected. We have over 760 stores across the UK.
Pick up your prescription
We'll let you know that your order is ready to collect. This will be no more than two days after you’ve checked out. Head into your local Well and our pharmacy team will help you with your order.
Your nominated pharmacy
Our online pharmacy will remain your nominated pharmacy. This means that your GP will continue to send your prescriptions to us, not to the pharmacy you choose to collect your order from on this occasion. If you don’t select Click and Collect in the app, we’ll still send your orders to your chosen address.
