Phenergan Night Time Tablets 25mg are an antihistamine used to relieve temporary sleep disturbances. Each tablet contains 25mg of promethazine hydrochloride, which helps induce sleep by reducing the effects of natural histamine in the body. These tablets are also used to relieve allergic conditions such as hay fever and can help with nausea or motion sickness. It is recommended to take them 20 minutes before bedtime.
How to Use
Always take Phenergan Night Time 25mg (Promethazine) exactly as described in the patient information leaflet or as your doctor / Chemist4U pharmacist has told you.
1-2 tablets should be taken at night. Do not take more than 2 tablets.
Do not take these tablets for more than 7 days.
Warnings
- Drowsiness: May cause drowsiness; avoid driving or operating machinery.
- Alcohol: Avoid alcohol as it can increase drowsiness.
- Medical Conditions: Consult a doctor if you have asthma, glaucoma, or liver problems.
- Pregnancy/Breastfeeding: Not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
- Children: Not suitable for children under 16 years.
- Interactions: Can interact with other medications; inform your doctor about all medications you're taking.
