How To Use
Cleaning and sterilising: clean nipple shields before first and each use. Before first use place nipple shields in boiling water for 5 minutes. This is to ensure hygiene. Sterilise using one of the following methods: steam sterilising (electric or microwave according to manufactures instructions), boiling in water for at least 5 minutes or liquid sterilising solution. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents. In order to store the sterilised nipple shields hygienically, keep them in the closed sterilised carry box.
Instruction for use: Inspect the nipple shields before each use and replace at the first signs of damage.
1. Wash your hands!
2. Invert the wings.
3. Place one nipple and smooth out wings.
4. Check that the shield fits the nipple and is firmly attached before breastfeeding.
Before first use contact a midwife or health consultant. Can be sterilised in an autoclave (up to 134°C, up to 18 min).
