SCARmed silicone gel works on both old and new scars to reduce their appearance. In the initial treatment of hypertrophic scars and keloids, this product would be the first line therapy in terms of softening and flattening raised scars, reducing itching and discomfort, and decreasing red or dark scars.
How to Use
- Ensure the scar is clean and dry.
- Apply a very thin coat of SCARmed Gel to the scar and rub itover the scar gently.
- Allow to dry over the scar for 4-5 mins. If the gel has not dried remove the excess product.
- Apply SCARmed twice daily-in the morning and evening.
- Once dry, SCARmed can be covered by cosmetics or sunscreen.
Warnings
Do not apply to open wounds, third degree burns, damaged or inflamed skin
Should not be placed in contact with mucous membrane or close to the eyes
SCARmed should not be applied over other skin treatments or antibiotic skin preparations without the advice of your physician
Apply to dry skin only
If irritation, redness or itching occurs, discontinue use and consult your doctor
Keep out of the sight and reach children
