Nytol One-A-Night is a clinically proven sleep aid that helps you drift off, sleep soundly and wake up refreshed after a full nights sleep. Used to relieve temporary sleeplessness.
How To Use
Adults and Children aged 16 years and over
Simply taking a single tablet 20 minutes before bed can help you drift off, improving the depth and quality of your sleep.
Do not exceed the stated dose.
Warnings
Do not take:
If your have ever had an allergic reaction to diphenhydramine hydrochloride or any of the other ingredients.
If you have an obstruction in your stomach or gut (for example, because of an ulcer).
If you are pregnant, breast feeding or receiving prescribed medicines.
If your sleeping difficulties persist, see your doctor.
Warning: this medicine may make you sleepy. If this happens do not drive or use tools or machines. Do not drink alcohol.
