Designed specifically as a natural sleep aid, Satipharm CBD Advanced Sleep combines our 10mg CBD Gelpell beads with targeted vitamins and natural plant extracts to:
- Contribute to the reduction of tiredness & fatigue (Vits B6 & B12)
- Contribute to normal psychological function (Vits B6 & B12)
- Aid a restful nights sleep
Each Sleep capsule containing 10mg CBD is as effective as taking 35mg of CBD oil.
In addition to CBD, each Satipharm Sleep capsule contains:
Vitamins B6 & B12 - which contribute to normal psychological function and the reduction of tiredness & fatigue
Selected Natural Plant Extracts (5-HTP, L-Theanine & Rhodiola Rosea) - which may help raise serotonin levels in the brain and help the body reach a natural state of relaxation

How to Use
Take one to three capsules approx. an hour before bedtime. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
Warnings
Cannabidiol is safe to take at recommended dose of CBD. We recommend taking one capsule per day with food. Continue this dose for 1-2 weeks, to fully evaluate the effect. To increase the dose, take one capsule in the morning and evening with food for a further 1-2 weeks, to evaluate effects.
Do not exceed 70mg per day without consulting with your GP.
A high dose of 300 mg of CBD has been taken daily have been taken safely for up to six months. Higher doses of 1200-1500 mg daily have been taken by safely for up to four weeks.
Special Precautions:
CBD is not recommended for women who are pregnant, plan to become pregnant, or are breastfeeding. Consult your GP before combining CBD with other medications.
