Description
Adapalene is a topical retinoid that is used to treat acne.
It's used to remove dead skin sells from the surface of the skin which prevents them from building up within hair follicles. Adapalene has an anti-inflammatory effect which reduces soreness and irritation.
How to Use
Adapalene is used on the face, chest or back for acne, where the skin has blackheads, spots and pimples.
Warnings
Do not use this medicine on areas where you have cuts or scrapes or if you have a skin condition called eczema Avoid contact with the eyes, mouth or nostrils, and avoid other very sensitive areas of the body. If accidental contact does occur, immediately wash with warm water. You should avoid exposure to sunlight and artificial UV light whilst using this medicine.
