Supporting our colleagues is so important to us at Well. Our Employee Assistance Programme is available 24/7 for all colleagues and their families. Our Wellbeing Hub which contains advice, information and guidance on the four main categories of wellbeing: MUNCH, MONEY, MOVE, MIND. This is linked to our discounts platform, Well Perks, making it cheaper for colleagues to look after their wellbeing
Colleagues in Well are involved, listened to and invited to contribute their experience, expertise and ideas in matters affecting them at Well. We ask for colleague feedback in various different ways, outside of the usual annual engagement survey, which of course we do to check we're focusing on the right things that matter most.
