Jacqueline Lunardi, People Director
Jacq (Jacqueline if she is in trouble or it’s a serious conversation) joined Well in March 2020, and has overall responsibility for the people agenda within Well. That includes being the custodian of our culture and climate and the people proposition we promise to our colleagues.
Jacq is an experienced commercial HR Director who is passionate about building effective teams and supporting people to reach their potential. She has a wealth of international experience across the retail, leisure, logistics and manufacturing sectors. She has worked for well-known household names – Bass, Arcadia, Coca-Cola, Kellogg’s, Booths, Moss Bros and Hugo Boss – and has gained international experience having worked in the USA, Ireland, Dubai and the Nordics as well as different regions around the UK.
Jacq lives in Ormskirk in Lancashire with her partner Mike. She loves to travel, runs (in her own words “only because I am now old and need to keep fit”) is a keen gardener, cook and all things creative. Jacq is an idealist and always wants to strive for the best. Jacq believes a Company culture (what we do) and climate (how people feel) is what drives a Company’s success and make them different from their competitors. Her favourite quote and what she lives by is “People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel”.
